I think newsfeeder will do to this site as commercials have done to regular TV. Most everyone goes to cable, DVR, Direct TV and others to advoid them. It's just pushing headlines. I don't like it but I'm only one but site traffic is dropping. JMO
I wouldn't mind seeing a button to stop the newsfeeder if one so chooses myself. I also think "the news" can cause one to deviate from one's own system........I don't really call most of it the news because they seem to be mainly opinionated editorials............

If I had more than one IFT left, I probably would of exited, but I still think the market is waiting for this correction to complete. I have locked in loss once this year and may be wrong in doing this.I'm probably doing like some did last year. So buy the dip Bulls and help me out.

Done that been there. The headlines still pop up and if you click on one it say's you have to un-ignor if you want to read it. It's the headlines spam I wanted to get ride of. It interupts the flow of information and as you go by the headlines they can influence you as you read other's comments.

You know how I would draw my little green flags after a move up thinking we should move up and the market would continue to prove me wrong. What if, since I drew a little bear flag after a down move, I could be a real contrarian chart maker and we can jump up. As if that would ever happen. We're still only making less than 2% moves and nothing is broken.

Well the Bear Flag is still in effect. About the only thing good for us is the double bottom. I would of liked a bigger bounce. I am trying to not lock in my losses. We still have good support at 1340, but I don't know if I want to hold until then.:worried: If good news comes out and we can get above the 50 day at 1380, this market can turn around. Little Bear has control. I'm still not using green but will soon. Still this could be the false breakout of the triangle. What are the odds. This could also be the real breakout of the triangle also.:worried: I still expect a big move soon. Today was still about 1%.Here's the charts and they're kind of bearish.

Dropped out of the triangle and went south after the Bear Flag, but only 1%. Some saying dead cat bounce, but I thought that was after a big drop.
Weakness was bought and we didn't do a big correction after a Bear Flag. We still have some strength which is good. Higher high and higher low from the double bottom. Maybe this is the new channel. Hope tomorrow I can start using green again.

I'm again going with the false breakout and think we can recapture the 5 and 13 and the 50 day (1380) today. Anyone else. I still am waiting for the big move we coiled up for. I believe I'm not contrary.:notrust:I'm going out for breakfast. Post your contrary concerns here. We must keep the peoples informed of both sides for good trading, The lBull and Little Bear are asleep because it's only 6 AM here.

Personally, I have some reasons - Europe, Asia, Europe, Asia, Europe, Asia, Europe, Asia, Europe and Asia. Any negative news about these economies (and you never know when it is going to happen) seems to throw the market into a tailspin. If the media will keep their mouths shut about Europe and Asia we might get a rally. The other concern is Benny Bernanke. Isn't the Fed meeting today? Is he supposed to speak. If so, that could be another deal breaker. To me these are some of the biggest market movers that I have seen in the past. Let me know what you think.

I still have some problem with trying out a more bullish outlook and the last time I locked in my losses and missed two days of the bounce. I noticed you didn't follow your system and went with emotions.
How will this connect your tracker account to your system? If we go up today does your system still get the credit even if your out? I was kinda checking out your system toward our IFT limits. Anyway it's still blowing me out of the water this year. I will conyinue to evaluate it and thanks for providing others with help on their decisions.

The Autotracker wil track my personal account. I will post the system results every day in my account talk signature. I have asked Tom if I can set up a separate tracker for the system.
