My theory is that tech companies sold off to take the rising market out of the news.:suspicious: They need to cover soon or lose their market share for longer term. Just my dumb theory on daily buys and sell offs. Under this theory things will pop post election.:notrust:

OK...markets like the split houses and large caps are pouring their liquidity back in. Maybe touch the 100 today. Small caps are lagging (still a pet concern o fmine) but hopefully will follow suite and ping its 200. I'm liking this play but now am looking for a ceiling...Made another 3% (as of now) off of this trade so when do I stop being greedy and look for preservation of gains? Plus fed speak could screw this over big time! Mmmmmm.

Possible bounce and TSP is closed for transfers today so I couldn't hop on even if I was sure of it. Chart is awesome as usual!

That is interesting and a good catch. I wondered if it was a typo because I didn't recall them ever doing it that way before - but I checked last year and I'll be... there were prices on the holiday in November last year (2017) but not in 2016? :scratchchin:

"Some financial markets will be closed on Monday, November 12 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. The Thrift Savings Plan will also be closed. Transactions that would have been processed Monday night (November 12) will be processed Tuesday night (November 13), at Monday's closing share prices."

That is a good catch. Talk about playing mind games though. DBA will need an extra glass after wrapping her head around buying in Tuesday night, at Mondays prices, for trading on Wednesday, without know what happened to trading on Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday!

In fact...I think I need a glass of bourbon. Going to go get a fire going and watch the snow come down!
