I like how the down move stopped with the 1% hesitation point. Not too impressed with the low volume drift up afterwards and surprised with the end of day drop::worried: Might be back to the monthly doji.
 
Buck up, carry on old Chap and try harder next time.

Although a down day, I felt good with the decision to move 3/4's of my retirement accounts out of the market and into cash yesterday with a profit. The 1/4 was in case I was wrong to have skin in the game.

Today's move kind of surprised me. Already at the 1% hesitation point from the bounce. It may be a bull trap: Still have a 40/60 chance of going back to the top of the white channel. I do believe like last time this is too fast and will be rejected by above resistance. 60/40 chance of moving down to the bottom yellow line again: What? Oh yes I've been wrong before. That's why I use percentages. Nobody really knows but I like the odds.:worried:
 
Well we're really banging our head at the top of the orange box and now have an intraday double top: So are we going to break the price range or drop back. Forming high base and surprising me.:notrust:

I should think we would be pleased, over the short-term we have a high low/higher, the next level to test is 1893 and that's only .30% away...

So now that we're over the 1885 (Blue line) level are we suddenly bullish? Is this a Holiday trend that will reverse later? I need some confirmation to the up side in the morning:

Thanks JTH my 40/60 chance of going to the top of the white (now yellow) channel may be 60/40 now. I could change my lines to match yours but I have to give a choice don't I.;)
 
Now as to a more bearish pattern I could of used red instead of white: Wow what difference a color makes::suspicious: 40/60 right:rolleyes:
 
Shh, since I may have missed this move anyway and I only see 0.5% left I will not enter today.:embarrest: I want to save my last IFT for an Entry next week. Tomorrow will be very low volume and I don't want to be in for the 3 day weekend. I may be wrong not going long. But am I?:suspicious:
 
Bquat, I'm with you! Seems like allot of risk out there, potential reversals and breakdowns, short shifting, switchback curves and maybe even a flat. 1 IFT here as well, see the articles I posted, maybe we should stay on the F train... ???
