I got to admit I'm surprised that the bottom of the gap is acting like resistance. Usually a gap acts like a magnet. I thought it might fill before the downside.:confused:

Me too. Maybe there will be an afternoon push to get to the gap fill, then down? :nuts:
 
Post deadline: F flag bullish until it breaks.:worried: A lot of people entered today. I hope they're right.:notrust:

I think this move is over. I am still bearish. I am wrong until I'm right.;) Rewording of comment. So do you think the market will let me be right?

I hope so... Nice short term rounded top. Market is closing in on the open, still have to fill the closing gap.

I just don't see the SPX closing above the 20 MA, and if there is more of a sell off (to Fridays open) then that would give a sweet shooting star :nuts:
 
Anybody else have a late TSP annuity payment. This is a first for me. The bank says a lot are pending for the 3rd. They pulled the funds on 28th. Do they need to make some interest on it?
 
Wow you say "a bull Flag" and I say on a contrary notion: See the pink line. That's the power line or mid-channel resistance line. The 13 day was the only thing stopping us from dropping out of the blue channel. I don't think we'll get to the 50 again. I think we'll even break out below the white channel. "But I'm wrong until I'm right".:worried: So see we will, go I might silent.
 
Coiled for a bigger drop or pop. I think the 13 day is the only thing saving us. Am I too bearish. Am I too wrong? The way the 13 day is doing I don't know but this is a heads up. If the yellow line becomes resistance look out. If it doesn't there will be some cheer.:notrust:
 
Bulls are trying to win. Too bad I have an appointment and can't watch this. Good luck guys see you.

If good news is leaking out (or people are wishful) about Fridays reports this could be looked at as a consolidation. Of course the opposite view can be seen if people are looking at poor numbers for Friday and are going to short this afternoon or in the morning.

Oh well, too late now. I'm riding it through Monday!
 
I was wrong about it not reaching the 50 DMA and so took out the pink power line. I may still be right about a drop. Watching the post deadline move.:confused:

Word of the day...convergence!
Guessing overseas market dictate tomorrow's action. I'm positioned defensively waiting for something to give before committing one way or another.
