Ah, I shudder to think what story in the army got you Bquat as a nickname. Mine was Squirrel (I packed **** away for bartering/trading all the time...kind of a Radar in the late 80's).

Smart man on the John Wayne link...watched the show as a little kid and remember it fondly.

I did not like how the day ran from early afternoon on. The triple top you referenced may have turned into a quadruple. Have to see the action overnight to set up for tomorrow and Friday.

Well tomorrow will tell. It was a high base a little. Didn't go down that low after hitting the top for today. 1328 did seem to hold and didn't seem like a fast drop.

I'm thinking down to 1321 support and maybe some consolidation while investers wait for reports on friday. Then look for jump either direction. Have to watch tomorrow to determine friday.

Bq, I am not sure we will see some consolidation today. Not that it couldn't happen, the market does what it wants to do. But today is the end of the 1st quarter, even though tomorrow is the last trading day of the week. I think the boy's will want to increase 1st quarter profits and then lock in the winnings tomorrow or Monday, then try to establish a new high next week. But then I am ususally more wrong than right. With that said have an extra pair of sticky pants ready.

Ok, 1325 and consolidation. It looks like a highbase consolidation, too.
May be good for Bulls. In one or two hours we'll see the move. Either profit taking or buying because the high base held.

I was amazed with it. I got the Ipad1. The Ipad2 was expensive and I didn't want to get a service plan for wifi. I just need it to connect to my home wifi and wifi hot spots. I can surf the web and access my home email anywhere there's a wifi. I even uses pop3 and smtp and I don't have to use webmail. With the bluethooth keyboard it's just like a small laptop, but I have to use apps instead of programs. I can even view some of my Time Warner cable channels.

With tethering you can make your smart phone (if you have one) a hot spot.

Don't know yet and I found Time Warner only works at home or from anyone having TW wifi in their house, so whats the point? i can just turn on tv. Maybe I can reach my picknic table?

I don't think I can edit a spread sheet. I don't have a save option. I got it mainly to watch stocks and do my IFT if I'm at the bowling alley or out of the house at critical times. I down loaded a free wifi spot locater and can drive by a free location around 1130 eastern if possible.

To think of it, maybe I should have gotten a small notebook.:blink:

Yeah, I have a small Toshiba. No CD or DVD drive, but I have a bigger one if I need it. I travel with this one and it's quite handy. I just wondering if a Ipad would be more beneficial or not. Guess you can use an Ipad as an eReader too and it would be more convenient for that reason.

Yea, I was able to duplicate my mother inlaws Koble library with a Koble app. I have an account in my name to buy her books for her Koble reader. She treats me nice so I buy her books, yes I do. Not being able to save or process can be a downfall, but it works fine for internet and email. Light weight until I added a wireless keypad. Left hand got a little tired holding it at the dentist waiting room (no table). Guess i could take the keyboard off if just surfing the net.

Can't break that 1332...

I remember at one time I had 1333ish as a strong resistance point and may have a slight chance of a bounce down from there. We're not moving down yet and seem to be moving sideways and sideways have been bullish lately. Up move sideways and up again, but 1343 has me scared as possible double top. Right now I feel bearish because we are hesitating at the top. I hate the coin tos areas and I can't word it like a stock analyst and say it as to be right if it goes up or down.

Ok I'll say it this way. Without the market moving up or down at the start of the day or moving the oppisite direction at the end of the day, "It looks like everything is built into the market, people are burnt out with the news and looking at big money to call direction". So now we are at wait and follow the the leader mode and I'm:
