It was a short week, volume wasn't impressive and neither were the stats. I'm currently working a larger project, so I'll keep it brief.
The market overview shows for Week-16 the major indexes are still deep in the red, small cap ETFs fared best, as did bonds.
9 of the last 13 weeks are in the red, by count and weight there wasn't much movement in the index.
Bears have the edge, particularly in the weighted holdings < -20% on the far right column-bar at 60.1%
Look how few new highs & lows we had... like tumbleweeds rolling through a deserted western town.
