That's why he's not President, he may know a lot but he's sloppy in speech delivery. In context and with questions, he's fine.

When it comes to sound bites he has a tendency to choke on them.

Everyone knows historically the Vice President has very little power, and usually no one cares what they are up to. Cheney was the one big exception to this (from what I know - if there was another VP with lots of power I'd never heard of it so post info here).

That was quite a humorous blog entry, but I think it was just that - humor...Still damn funny, though...Even funnier is that Vice President Biden really doesn't need humorists poking fun at him and inventing comedic material; the guy gives us something every week that makes your cringe and say, "Oh, that's just Old Joe!"

But don't blame me, I didn't vote for him...
