Yes sir. Pensacola Florida is where I lay my head -- we're not quite as recession-proof as Gainesville, though. Man! Now that's a great college town!

Being from Georgia, I know cracker country when I walk upon it even though it's made up of white quartz... so you're right on both counts.

seriously, I couldn't get in either. I'll try again later.

I tried to get in today via inter(under)-net and I failed also. I kept trying til it gave me the "beat it and don't come back for an hour" mess. So, I thought for a minute :suspicious: of what I wanted to to and what was needed. I called their thriftline and I was able to get into my account immediately. I got my balance which was all I needed. I glanced at the Marketwatch.com stats and it does look good to move $$$ some, but maybe this is GOD at work in our lives. No, it's those damn TSP people messing with us.
I have been at G-60%, f-40%. I am getting far better weekly returns from this rather than being 100% G . Daily returns are both up and down but for the week I am hundeds of more profit than the G.

Today they said that the market has already priced in by 80% a Obama win. If BigMac wins their guest said we could see another 10% up day Wednesday. So that being said, I'll be all in on Wednesday.

Yea, it's more of a joke right now, but if things change at the FAA I may stay past March of 2012. If not, I move on to my second career!

I mentioned that no one should bet against the uptrend the dollar is currently experiencing. The dollar keeps on rising. Unbelievable. Now, why can't I apply this simple analysis to my own trading. We are obviously in a downtrend, yet here I am watching my account balance deteriorate. I should have never jumped in the market back in October and again this past week. Why can't I learn? That's a rhetorical question. Today's results does help, but I still have a long road ahead to get back to my all time high balance back in September of this year.

Thanks and yes I'll be fine. I've always said that my TSP funds are for my children. My plan is not to touch this fund throughout retirement. But, it's still hard to watch my balance suffer.
