Asian shares mixed following rebound on Wall Street
Shares were mixed in Asia on Wednesday after U.S. stocks finished broadly higher on Wall Street, erasing modest losses from a day earlier. China reported a drop in industrial profits in the latest evidence of softening growth in the world's No. 2 economy. The National Bureau of Statistics reported Wednesday that profits of China's major industrial firms fell 14 percent from a year earlier in the January-February period.
