Arkansas- Dead birds, dead fish

The U.S is responsible for the meteor/ice age/agent orange that killed the dinosaurs.

DAMN YOU GEORGE BUSH~!

It's the UFO's I'm telling ya. They just haven't figured out that we are the "intelligent" life form on Earth yet. They must of taken some politicians for their examinations or something......................;)

Back when I was in the military, I was assigned to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville Alabama. First morning there we saw thousands of black birds in the field across from temp housing. Later the Army engineers had cut all the lower branches of the pine trees on post to try to get them to leave. I think this was 1975ish.

Yep..Earthquakes and mass bird deaths..I see the connection..

Let me spell it out for you: The title of this thread is "Arkansas-Dead birds, dead fish". One would think the hyphen meant that the thread's main subject was "Arkansas" and that "Dead birds, dead fish" was a sub-category.

Your signature may explain your inability to understand the concept however...............;)

Or, perhaps I was comparing earthquakes to atmospheric gases? Hmmmmmmmm. I think you just want to hassle me over my posts for some reason. I hope one day you'll get over this need.........

The earth trembles in the middle of the night. The scared birds in two big groups trying franticly to leave there trimbling roostes collide with each other in the night. New movie idea.

You think the title since it had the word Arkansas meant it was anything and everything about Arkansas?..So why didn't you mention Clinton or Huckabee too?...."One would think the hyphen meant that the thread's main subject was "Arkansas" and that "Dead birds, dead fish" was a sub-category"..."Dead birds, dead fish" IS the title of the thread, not damn earthquakes...The only "One" would be you...Try to keep up will ya and pay attention:laugh:

Thousands of white bass turn up dead in Arkansas River

LITTLE ROCK, Ark (Reuters) - Wildlife officials have discovered thousands of dead fish along the Arkansas River in Little Rock and were still counting carcasses on Tuesday, a day after an angler reported seeing dozens of dead white bass.

"We are on the river trying to determine the extent of the fish kill," said Keith Stephens, public information coordinator for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

Wildlife investigators said the dead fish were mainly white bass, which are common in the river, and were between 5 and 8 inches long. Most were found near the foot of the Two Rivers Bridge, an 80-foot pedestrian bridge that opened in July.

Here we go again.

Thousands of dead birds in Arkansas, AGAIN.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Thousands of dead blackbirds rained down on a town in central Arkansas last New Year's Eve after revelers set off fireworks that spooked them from their roost, and officials were reporting a similar occurrence Saturday as 2012 approached.

Police in Beebe said dozens of blackbirds had fallen dead, prompting officers to ban residents from shooting fireworks Saturday night. It wasn't immediately clear if fireworks were again to blame, but authorities weren't taking a chance.

Officer John Weeks said the first reports of "birds on the streets" came around 7 p.m. as residents celebrated the year's end with fireworks in their neighborhoods.
