Are the Transports a tell? UPS meltdown

I talked about this "F" flag (Oscarism) on the Transports the other day (here), and how they tend to break down. Considered a market leading index, this is a little concerning. It's UPS that's dragging it down today, so how concerned should we be with this massive decline in that delivery stock?

The earning per share beat estimates but the agreement reducing Amazon business (less profitable part of business) and proposed changes to boost long-term profitability don't seem all that bad but projected earnings of $89M vs expected $95M is 6.32% less so 14% drop seem like a little excessive.
