Either he loves them mooses or wanted to make the problem go away. Likely a little of both.

Question - what was the moose hung up in? (old-can't see good)

Thoughts - they make bolt cutters with 60" or maybe longer handles. Buy some. The budget ain't that tight.

Anyone ever notice that large mammals when agitated sound a lot like a steam locomotive?
