World to U.S. B-Schools: Thanks, but No Thanks
International students, worried about future job prospects, are turning down elite U.S. business schools in favor of MBA programs in their home countries. and legal foreigners is what keeps the blood of this country fresh and the continual addition of new innovative ideas.

Obviously, by the remarks in the article, foreign students don't see a friendly business climate in the US for at least 4 years. At first blush, this sounds good, because more US kids will get a crack at B School, but we all know that our kids can't read or write, and continually drop in smarts when compared to the worlds kids.
So will our future business leaders, performance rise to the level of mediocrity, we are so willing to accept in our Pols? I think so, as more people realize that the incentives aren't there anymore to perform and Congress can change the rules in midstream is they get caught with a case of the stupids again.
Oh, some of our kids will perform, mainly kids like ours, and that will put them a big leg up on the continually rising population of the unproductive, but this leg up depends on us remaining a capitalist society and not turning into a socialistic one, where outperformance will either get you hammered back down or they'll just take so much of your money, you'll eventually just say "What the Heck".
Most folks can't see what the future may hold and what the ramifications of today will effect the future. I think we'll come out of it, but then I also see bloodshed as predicted by Thomas Jefferson.
