I've read something similar somewhere last week suggesting another 50 basis point drop. The article suggested that the Fed was going to jump start the economy. Let me see if I can find the link to post it.

We'll see how things play out this afternoon, but right now, the Dow Jones is trending downward from its 11:36 AM EDT value, so it's possible we'll have a -fv today. That means those jumping in to the I-fund tomorrow will start out ahead.

For the Change field in EFD I fund I'm getting ge0.09 and for the % Change field is just #VALUE.
