What's you're take on the ECB tomorrow?

I think they will talk tough but hold for now, since there is no concensus on a rate hike. If the ECB holds, Europe might have a nice rally on Thursday, especially if they consolidate today. Japan would probably take profit tonight unless the USD/YEN can continue it's climb, which is unlikely since it's now hitting resistance.

Does anybody know whether the OSMs will be close on Friday?

The punk just addressed the Iranian parliament, but according to Bloomberg TV, the developing story is that the British marines are going to be pardoned. Negotiations seem to be bearing fruit. If this were to occur, the markets should explode to the upside. Keep listening to the news.

I'm sure the British Govt. is happy to get them back, especially after the embarassment of them going on TV and "admitting" to having crossed into Iranian waters.

Of course, I don't know all the circumstances, but their goverment will be expecting explanations from them for sure.

Article V

When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am required to give name, rank, service number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies or harmful to their cause.

I've been thinking the same thing.
And they "seem" so matter of fact about it. Like they almost believe they really were in the wrong waters.

Walk a mile in their shoes.

Who knows what has gone on before, during, after that filming.

Can't recall the situation, but I know I've seen US soldiers 'admitting' similar things only to say it was BS after they were released.
