Sure thing 12, it's going to do it sooner or later, I think sooner. Of course stuff happens sometimes!!:toung: STUFF HAH!:D

Just noticed the big gap down in the carry trade action at the end of the day - 9:49 gmt? (1:49pm - Tokyo time?). Similar to action at the end of Wednesday prior to the Thursday drop in the US markets. But guess a lot can happen over a weekend.... so there won't be an overnight impact like on Thursday.

Good catch! I think it had to do with the news about regulators saying no to raising Fannie Mae's limits. If that news had come out during trading, we would be looking at -500 points in the Dow.

Damn, lucked out with the F FUND. It was down.36 for the day and it came up even. It is like finding loose change in the sofa:)

No, the F fund was looking to make 2-3 cents this morning, but finished flat as bond yields rose in the afternoon. It's more like you thought you had a 10 dollar bill in your back pocket, but when you went to get it to pay for lunch, it was not there because your wife took it this morning.:D

lol, I was looking at the yahoo quotes.remember yesterday....my gut was right about the F FUND

How's that?

AGG was -0.34%

I'm shocked, and pleased, that the F fund didn't lose 3-4 cents.

I've mentioned this many, many times. The AGG chart, below, is not reliable. You have to look at bond yields to determine what the F fund is doing. This is the same situation as the EFA.

Give me $23.00 on the I fund or I'll even consider $22.50 - your choice. But I'm ready for another round trip. Thanks in advance.

I expect it to go lower next week. Then I will make my move. Frankly this trip South didn't hurt as much as I thought.

You know I'm sitting all "I" through the weekend. Was thinking about jumping to "G" for Tuesday then Survey the market and make a decision as to Jump back into the I for Wednesday.

Depending on what else the Bernie has up his sleeve, But if SEC does find some FuZZy math in some of those big firms, Bernie might have to hand over the keys to Fort Knox to quell the sell off.

Buda

I lucked out w/ no fv. Jumped in the I. FTSE 100 is way oversold. It is a gamble. Just going on the ftse 100 being way oversold.
