Wouldn't the big USM jump help the OSM..
for tomorrow.....Wouldn't it be better to have some exposure to the I fund tomorrow if the OSMs have a really good night (unless a big +FV already takes that into account, of course)?
I wonder if being in the I for one more day will be worthwhile (well, too late to wonder now, eh?!?!?!).
So, Trader Fred and TSPGO both were on the sidelines for this HUGE % day?

That was true yesterday, true today, and will still be true tomorrow. If only we could see the future.
With a big +FV to be added today, the fortunate traders made the move out.

That'll make .17 cents plus a .25 +FV for a total of +.42 cents for the day.
Is this wishfull thinking or your experience talking? Please make it the latter, since you develop the TSPLookup which we all love to use!!!

I'm no marketing genius... but it seems obvious they'd sell tons more of these if they made the filling pink instead of white.

I think that's real wishful thinking.
I don't know that they will do ANY fair value today- as the value at noon (+.22) and the value at the end of the day (+.24) aren't that far apart.
I'll go out on a limb and predict that we'll see a five cent FV today, to make is a total of +.29 cents gain for the "I" fund today.
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.
At least until 7pm., when the real numbers come out.

Your numbers aren't right. The EAFE Final was determined hours ago and it was +.669% or +.17 cents.
I calculated a nearly 1.0% increase in the US markets between 11:30 AM EDT and the close. 1% of the I Fund opening share price of 25.09 = .25 cents. Therefore, I estimate a +.25 cent +FV.
Who knows what Barclays will do??? We shall see.
