Why does TSP treat the retirees like crap? Once again they changed the release date on the issuance of money from your account. Mine started onto 11th of each month. then it moved to the 16th and now they sent a letter Friday stating the new release date is the 22nd. Fortunately I’m in need...

S Fund

The S fund doesn't match the Wilshire 4500 when it is up. But it matches when it's down. What gives?
