Sounds like just another day in anyschool USA, or anywhere else for that matter. While they are stirring the pot for the sexual harassment charges someone should make it a real mess and charge the other kid with attempted murder for strangling him from behind. School administrators really do seem to live in their own little world. They never do much about bullies but are always quick to go after a victim for fighting back. Still, I bet that shot in the nads taught the bully a few things.
