Just a note- this week I did an on-line request to obtain a small partial withdrawal. I’m used to them taking about a week or week and a half to process.
This week, I initiated the request on Wednesday evening, and the money hit my bank account today. Completed and deposited in two business days.
That is much improved efficiency over the last year.
I don’t know what they did, but I think they took a couple of days out of the process. I’m happy.
