Because he never said anything about an across the board GOV freeze..but to pare down some of the worthless GOV funded programs that is costing billions and accomplishing nothing...Nor did he say anything about RIFs or furloughs...Believe me..I hated Reagan for the fact he hated GOV employees and came to us for the first area to cut costs in GOV spending..then ended up costing the GOV more in the long run rebuilding everything that went to hell due to the lack of proper funding and staffing.....


NONE of the choices above are Valid for me..I don't think Osama is capable of any of those..

My reason is more about voting AGAINST McCain than voting FOR Obama. (and voting AGAINST Palin - if she became president, Lord help us all)

Though I think Obama is capable. I am concerned he may have a steep learning curve to go but that is still better than what we would have to endure with McCain and Palin - i.e more Bush.

I guess the MAIN REASON is because he is the very FIRST PRESIDENT that I consider as a REAL HOPE towards a Global Society.

I'm sick and tired of the President's acting like "We are the Greatest Country on the Earth" and therefore have every right to do whatever we want to any other Country on the Planet and tough luck if we Wipe them out with Atomic Bombs and Radiation, if We Destroy their Rain Forests and fill their areas with Mines and cause at least half the population to suffer from PTSD and Severe Anxiety Disorders (let alone the endless malformed births due to the toxants we filled their lands with) and because we regard the Native Population as 'Sand Nigers' that are meant to be our slaves and want nothing more than their Oil. But we are justified because all we have to do is say they are "Radical Muslims" or "Terrorists" - (since communists is an outdated word)

No one could have bought into this mindset more than me; NO ONE was more ready to wipe Iran off the map (except for a handful of "Americans") because NO ONE was more a part of this garbage mindset and convinced "we are right and doing the honorable thing".

Then over the years you find WE ARE THE BAD GUYS AND IT IS "US" WHO DELIBERATELY PLANTED AND STARTED ALL THE PROBLEMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAKING WHATEVER WE WANTED AND TO PUSH THEM TO WAR SO WE COULD USE OUR POWER TO DEFEAT THEM

So that's why I'm voting for OBAMA - because I am totally American and I actually believe we can be the country we are meant to be; people of integrity who live right and do justly - AND WHO CAN GAIN THE HONOR AND RESPECT OF NATIONS AROUND THE WORLD.

I am the opposite of you. I not so much voting for McCain as I am voting against Obama/Biden and their socialist agenda.

Because, in my opinion, this economy needs regulation. The rich will always find a way to stay rich, and the poor need a chance to get rich. Without regulation, the poor can't get rich. Prosperity doesn't rain down.

We'll always have the poor with us. Two reason's that people are poor are laziness and stupidity and there is no cure for either, but hard work and a lot of folks will always avoid hard work, especially if they know that Uncle will give them money.
