I get my gold and silver from Kitco and Apmex. But good luck getting any. They can't keep metal in stock and their commission has gone from $50 an ounce for gold to $150! Silver has gone from $2 - $3 to about $7 - $8 per ounce.

I've heard people advising the buying of silver coins. What kind would be good and where can you buy them?
