What are you thankful for?

One of the things I am most thankful for is two parents married over 50 years to the same person. Next, very greatful to the young men and women who have decided to give themselves to preserve this great nation by joining the military in whatever branch they felt called to. My heart breaks for all the families that have suffered loss for too many years as their sons and daughters fight against an evil situation that will never be resolved until Christ returns. Also, thankful for this MB (and Tom) for starting it. Thankful for the One who is ultimately in control while we struggle here daily until called home to be with Him.

:)

Gratitude for family, for friends, a good roof over my head, enough resources to share with others in need in ways that build them up and make them stronger and more capable of contributing to their society longterm, as well as resources that give those without hope, hope when most needed, and for Tom who started this wonderful forum for us to support one another, young and old and somewhere inbetween. Most of all, for the reason for the season.

Sweet, smart, healthy kids. The Bears clinching the NFC North, The League on FX, and the Sentiment Survey.

Merry Christmas, everyone!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I'm thankful that after 40 years of struggle and saving that I now have enough money to make me more money. And I plan to make a great deal of money next year.

Here are a couple of things I am thankful for.

Family

Friends (including this MB)

Being a cancer survivor

and much more.

I'm thankful for many, many things. Some of them? Cute grandchildren, caring family and friends. Good health care. The fact that my home is out of the flood plain. The Social Security system.

And especially on the days that I can't do much else, this MB. I get good information that allows me to make the informed decisions that keep my TSP account growing even though I'm taking monthly payments out.

And the people on this MB. So many different and interesting personalities, some of whom have become friends. I am thankful for my MB acquaintances, friends, and some who are dear friends.

Very thankful.

I am thankful of a lot of things..too many to list.

But mostly; for the time I have on Earth and being just average..:)

I'm most thankful for believeing that we are too unique as individuals to be here by accident and that our existence was deeply meant to convey meaning and purpose. That as individuals we are priceless and irreplaceable. Most of all I'm grateful I found the confidence to give my life to Jesus and somehow in that process I musterd up enough FAITH to have His Spirit transform me in ways that only God can do.

I am thankful that after all these years I believe I have found the right fit and someone who will take me further to the Heart of GOD than I ever believed could be possible before. I'm thankfor for the Promise of things to come and the Hope that goes beyond everything this world knows.
