The VA and Little Caesars Pizza have teamed up to help disabled veterans. Little Caesars gives about $68k in benefits to qualified veterans to help them open their own restaurant that normally cost between $199K and $299k, plus Little Caesars can help obtain financing for up to 100% of the remaining cost. Therefore, it is possible to open a Pizza restaurant with no money of your own out of pocket. As Pyriel might say, the cash on cash return could be greater than 100%. Be advised that not all restaurants are successful. You or some veteran you know might want to call the VA about this.......
