I would like to set up a Trust and move my TSP into it. The trust would
be used to help finance college for any of my Grandkids who would like
to attend college.
Can this be done, and if so what would be the best way to go about it.
Of course, I would want any transfer, and any destination account to be tax free
until the kids want to use some of it for school.
Also, I would like the transfer to be irrevocable so the money is beyond my reach
once the transfer is complete.
I must act quickly of the money will be squandered.
