The costs being generated by three to four thousand “very active traders” was being paid by all TSP participants.

Could Greg Long maybe tell this same info to Congress about the very active banks and insurance companies costing every taxpayer thousands of dollars each? Maybe they should limit hedge funds to two transactions per month.
