you are invited to join a private tsp poker club 'home game'.

legal and disclaimer: this is not sanctioned or operated by tsptalk. it involves no real money. it is for points and bragging rights, not cash. there are no transactions or deposits. it is a group of friends and forum members who may meet to play cards online and match wits or luck.

all that is needed is to download pokerstars.net software (250mb), create an account (username, email, password) and that is it. then you click the 'home games' icon on the right hand side of the menu and enter the club id and invite code. pm me here with an email address for club id and invite code and link to download.

the tentative plan is to offer weekly or monthly tournaments as a 'season' and track who wins most. also i think side games for single table tournaments or ring games might be available if there is demand.

also i should warn you, i am going to take all your chips.

so i have responded to 8 or 10 private messages with an email with download, account creation, and how to join the home game club instructions.

let me remind you: it is a 250 mb download which takes a while. it is only for free money. and only your play inside the home game club is tracked for our pride purposes here.

that being said, you can play all the free games you want without depositing any money or breaking any laws but watch out because those corksoakers from belarus apparently can't do math and think all red cards are magnetic and will attract other hearts and diamonds to fill their inside straight or lowball flush. surprisingly, so far they seem to be right.

once we get enough folks on board to form a real club, what do folks think we should play?

default is no limit texas hold em. with an 'always joinable' ring game table. but the real fun would be a regularly scheduled tournament on a weekly or monthly basis. if you have provided email for login, please suggest what time and what day per week or month you could be available for a regular club or home game.

So, I like all the games. In fact I'm playing Congress or Big O (5 card Omaha H/L) as I type. And getting sucked out on by the Belarussians. My best games are the omaha variants and I love a good HORSE tournament. Scheduling will be difficult for me due to my job. I'll just have to get lucky. Damn IT, just got quartered by the Brazillian.
