TSP I.F. delay?

I notice when I make TSP changes it usually takes up to 2-3 business days to take effect.
Is that correct or am I missing something?

The deadline each day is 12 noon EST. If you complete the transaction before noon EST your new allocation will begin the next morning. If you miss the 12 noon EST deadline your money will be moved the following day. To have a transaction effective on a Monday, you must meet the deadline on Friday at noon.

Are you referring to the actual TSP regulators (verses the "tracker" on here?

Tom was referring to Interfund Transfers and Contribution Allocations.
Further, if a holiday falls on a Monday (like Colombus Day) you'll have
to wait until Tuesday to see the changes you made on Friday before
12noon. The Automated Tracker is setup with a simliar requirement.
But Tom gives us a couple of extra minutes after noon as many of us
usually wait until the TSP deadline before making the changes that we
want to accomplish. This gives us time to come back to TSPtalk and
enter our confirmed changes into the Tracker. On a normal weekday,
you can make a IFT before noon, changes will occur that night and
you'll see your changes the next day.
