TSP.gov and Market Commentary Archive Returns Mismatch

I wanted use the Returns Calculator and bring my 2009 return current. I went to the Market Commentary Archive pages to retrieve the share prices for 1/13, 1/27, and 2/10, of this year to add in my contribution allocations. However, the TSP website shows different prices for those same dates at http://www.tsp.gov/rates/share-prices.html. Any history of this happening before?

I don't know if this is the problem, but the share price date in the market commentary is dated differently than the commentary itself. The 1/14 commentary would have the 1/13 share prices. I just checked and they match the tsp.gov prices.
