It says there's a 60 day comment period. Maybe this will be implemented towards the end of the 2nd quarter, rather than at the beginning.

I didn't see anything too revealing in this. If I read it right, TSP will allow you to transfer Roth 401k assets to Roth TSP, but will NOT allow you to transfer Roth IRA assets into Roth TSP. TBH, I got a little fatigued looking through the document, so I may have missed something significant.
