I hear the transfer of power in Iraq could take place as early as today (Monday). That throws a wrench into our plans. I guess that can only be a good thing.

It didn't even cross my mind. But, itwas a very smart move! I believe escalated attacks against civilians prompted the decision. But then again, I'm sure it was "on the table" all along.
