Tintri files for bankruptcy, barely a year after going public
Tintri Inc. (tntr) said Tuesday it filed for bankruptcy, just a little over a year after the flash storage company went public. The company said it will keep operating its businesses as a "debtor-in-possession" under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Tintri said it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with DataDirect Networks for the purchase of substantially all of its assets.
