BEIJING - China will gradually open its capital account in early 2005, another step in its plan to make the yuan currency fully convertible, state television said on Sunday, quoting the country's foreign exchange chief.
Not telling ya what to do, but three weeks ago I bought a TON of Yuan.
Since they have the strongest balance sheet in the world, buy strength (Yuan) sell weakness (U.S. dollar).
