Sunday IFT

If I complete an IFT on Sunday when will it be effective? I'm assuming it will go into effect on Monday at the end of the trading day.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I have to say that this is flipping rediculous. I want someone to convince me that TSP admin can't process IFTs instantaneously via computer. What gives? Why does one have to wait until the end of the trading day for an IFT to become effective? It makes me feel like they don't want us to succeed. It's a load of horse crap if you ask me.

I saw that the tsp costs actually went up when they put the transfer restrictions on us...will find the source if somebody doesn't beat me to it.

It does kind of make weekends suck since if you didn't make a decision by noon (EST) Friday, you got what you got. That's why we all make so much money day trading.

Your right about that for sure. My job has me working with a wireless computer all over my facility. I can see data from different facilities on my wireless computer at the press of a friggin button. If I can do that why are we stuck in 1984 with our financial LIVES! There must be some sdvantage to making us wait. I want to lodge a flippin complaint but I'm affraid to tick off my banker.
