Looks like another bloody mess, doesn't it?
I'm wondering if it is worthwhile today to jump in over the weekend for a possible bounce back next week. Scary thought- especially when we are running up against the TSP limiting moves for two weeks, while they install a new computer system.
Has anybody noticed, b4esudes me, that the TSP seems to change computer systems at the most awkward times- like right in the middle of 3% daily shifts?
They are doing it now- they did it during the 2008 crisis, and they did it back in 2000. All three times they changed the computers- it has been right in the middle of record swings in the markets.
