Have you guys been reading about "Snowzilla" up in Anchorage?
The basic story goes like this- it started out as a 16 foot snowman in a guy's front yard a couple years ago.
Including a "Save Snowzilla" website, and international press coverage. (http://www.snowzilla.org )
And now it appears that it was rebuilt this week, but the guy who owns the property says he didn't do it.....
What do you think?
Is building a snowman 25 foot tall on your own property a private property rights issue? Or a pubic nuisance?

Then City Hall in Anchorage said that too many cars were driving by, and ordered it removed. It was knocked down a couple weeks ago by order of the Mayor.
Caused quit a stir.
