The share prices haven't been updated on tsp.gov yet - about 90 minutes late.
I am assuming it has something to do with figuring out the I-fund price. I think there was some kind of dividend paid because the EFA was up 0.05 on the day closing at 63.83, yet it closed $1.33 lower than Friday's close of 65.16.
