Sentiment Survey on Wednesday???

So why did the Sentiment Survey get emailed out today, Wednesday, when it usually comes out of Thursday? Is there a holiday out there I don't know about or is Tom changing the day of the survey?

I think it's because Friday is the 1st of May and if the survey indicates TSP action to anyone, they may want to act Thursday, so that it could be an April IFT, if you have not used them.
