Roquette lockout continues; Union members line up for unemployment

Basically this is a food processor in the area, corn sweetener. The Company wanted to completely wipe out the union contract and start with a clean slate. The Union didn't think they could operate without them. They were wrong, 250 union members out of a job and plenty of people to fill their shoes in a county with over 10% unemployment.

I don't like what they did but you better not think you can just do things like the old status quo.
