Rolling IRA into TSP

I have been in TSP for about 8 years. Prior to that, I worked for a company that had a 401k plan. When I left the company, I transferred the balance of my 401k to an IRA. I currently have a balance af about $120k in that IRA that has a YTD performance of 19.12% (not bad) and 10.56% for 3 years.
My question is should I roll that IRA over to the TSP in order for that money to work together with my current $80k TSP balance or is it better to leave it stay in its own account? I currently have a 60/20/20 mix in "C", "S", and "I" funds respectively and the average of those returns in not as good as the 19.12%. BTW, I still have about 15 years until retirement.

Why change or mess with a good thing - keep your IRA active and purchase more dividend paying stocks. Your TSP allocation is fine and geared for outperformance with the 60C position - hedged with the S and I funds. I'm at 80I and 20C with no immediate plans to change anything because I'm a buy and holder.

Agree with BT on this (keep IRA part). Remember risk aversion when getting closer to retirement depending on your needs.
