These low priced stocks are gambles and the basic strategy is to pick a basket of them and hope one or two have one of those parabolic moves. So if you had $5000 to set aside to put in some risky stuff like this, buy 5 or 10 of these for $500 to $1000 each and hope you get a 10 bagger out of one. Easier said than done, of course.
