Premium services

I have been in TSP for a long time and have always kept my allocations constant.
I would like to begin to manage these to obtain better annual returns.
I reviewed the premium services and would like to choose one to assist me in making periodic allocation changes base on recommendations.
I don't have much experience in investing. Can anyone recommend or have used a premium service that would help me?

I have been with Intrepid Timer for 3 years now. I am very satisfied with the service. You need to be able to read his commentary Monday through Friday. Occasionally I have missed a signal change. Overall, his system has worked out better for me.

Thanks DWest. I am about 6 yrs away from retirement and would like to increase my TSP as much possible between now and then.
Any comment on the TSP Talk Plus?

I pay for and follow TSP talk plus and the system is currently beating all of the funds so I am very happy with it so far. However I am only 30 years old with plenty of time until retirement. Your investing strategy this close to retirement might not be in line with the risk assessments of any certain system.

Right now I am 50% G, 25% C, and 25% S funds. Getting pretty good returns without changing anything so far this year. I always keep 50 in the G so I don't loose my shirt. I will look into TSP talk plus.

CSIpcman,

Not sure if you have been to the main page of TSPTalk but here is the link; TSP Talk - Thrift Savings Plan Lot's of good information and there are a couple of areas that show information on the Premium Services. Good luck.

Well, I could toot my own horn, but I won't. Which ever one you choose, you'll be better off as I actually think my service and the TSP Plus service are less risky than buying and holding. Some don't see it that way, but ignorance is bliss.................

In case you missed it:

TSP Talk Market Historical Returns

One thing you'll never see on my annual returns is red. Yes, there was in 2008, but this system wasn't developed yet either. :)
