Playing the Market

Hi, I am new to the TSP and to this web site (TSP Talk). I was wondering if I could get the Readers Digest version of how to play the market regarding the 5 TSP funds (G, F, C, S, I).

I'd like to get to the point where I am checking daily and allocating my money to try and take advantage of funds on the rise. I just need help on what information to look for andhow to read it correctly... Any info is appreciated and if i'm lucky enough maybe one day I'll be at the top of the TSP Tracker.

Welcome,!!!! I wish we had a Readers Digest version of how to play the market, but lots of good info here you just have to dig it out, read read read.
