I invited the grandchildren (ages ranging from 11 years to 1 year ) over this afternoon to make flags and have treats. It will be such fun! And bedlam. :blink:

A 21 year old that lives in back of me slammed a 12 gauge shotgun slug into my house two weeks ago and a .22 caliber round into my next door neighbors shed. I think I'll just kill the skank for sport. He has no idea what revenge means.

I'm actually trying to get the family evicted from this rental home. Things have occurred and the deputy tells me they have gotten my message. What's worse is there are two minors in the home with this malicious nut case.

Wow Birch, thankful nobody injured yet, attempted assault with deadly weapon comes to mind, near-miss etc. Bad enough. Good luck with the eviction, Birchie and watch yourself.

The methhead homicidal maniac that lived next door to me 3 years ago suddenly went completely off his rocker, terrorized the neighborhood for over 2 months while the oh-so-caring landlord tried to talk the guy into voluntarily entering rehab. Cops called, mental health showed up, nothing worked until the rent went unpaid for 3 months and landlord finally kicked the guy out. Thank the Lord, my neighbor Nam vet friend had taken to carrying pistol for self-defence since the whacko was intent on carving the vet up with big carving knife-if could just lay hands on him.

Stroke victim (the vet) was unwilling to get into a fist fight with a strong young guy 25 years younger than him, was operating strictly in self-defense/avoidance mode the whole time even with the pistol but was ready to use it if forced, had told the cops he had it and would use it if forced. Somebody was going to end up dead if the kid hadn't gotten evicted when he did.

Wow, this thread didn't turn out at all like I pictured it - - no worries about that. But lots of worries about you, my friend, with a scum-sucking wacko shooting your house. Please keep us updated on your efforts to evict because we'll all be nervous for you until we hear good news on the subject.
