but I don't so I'm asking. Pop said there's no dumb question that is asked.

It's really a two part question.

a. When I make a transfer, when is it effective (I know this is in some literature somewhere)?

b. I'm in the central time zone. Based on the answer above, what is the latest I can make a transfer in one day?

IF you make a move prior to 11:00 AMcentral time it will be effective close of business that day. If you move after that time it is effective the close of the next day as a rule.
