Not sure about Birchtree's reference to his Oceanic account, but this is what I know about Ocean...
Ocean programmed the AutoTracker. I believe he has gone pro (maybe manages accounts, aka "oceanic" account), but comes around once in awhile.

As noted by RMI, "My Oceanic Account" is Birchtree's reference to his Cayman Islands Account 
, in which he has a portfolio of stocks, to differentiate it from his "Tugboat Account" which is his TSP account. "Ocean's Account" refers to a member, Ocean, and elsewhere he tracks his dividend paying portfolio of individual stocks.
That said, this thread has a catchy title especially useful in this season as new words are coined frequently, both verbs and nouns.

My oceanic account is actually synonymous with my Birchtree 300 mutual fund that I spent years building and will now lead me to the happy land. I've been building another account that I call my sacrificial lamb chop account which if necessary will be sold to protect my oceanic account from the margin ravages of the bears. My oceanic throws off a constant stream of income that is automatically reinvested in more shares - sort of like a self feeding system. At some point in the future I will keep the income for my lifestyle.
