apperently it was just a verically challenged (short) horizontally challenged (fat) african american (black) gal trying to get some paper towels down from a shelf (horizontal storage device) and the entire vertical storage apparatus (set of shelves) fell down and made a loud noise (boom).
and in the interest of safety, everybody called the cops because they have nothing better to do, you know, in case somebody was shooting or something. no loud noises, can't you read the signs!
