Most Recent Transaction & contribution

I did my first Interfund Transfer yesterday. Today when I signed on, I noticed that the account balance was pretty much the same as yesterdays (except off by a few cents). The most recent transaction states that:
Posting Date Transaction Amount
09/20/2007 Inter-fund Transfer $0.00
09/07/2007 Contribution $608.64

I never noticed this before, BUT where is my contributions for today (payday)($608)? Will my contribution and increase in overall balance be reflected in mondays transaction history? My paystub is the same. Please advise.

For me, it always shows up on Monday that they bought the shares on Friday. TSP buys the shares today at business close and posts it the next business day.....A few times last year, it showed my purchases on Thursday. But, it never made that much of a difference.

Oops, well I just checked TSP after the last post and it posted my purchase yesterday. hmmm

TSP does not update your account balance until after 6:00AM each day. Was it before, or around 6 when you first looked for your most recent contribution record?

It was after 6am... however It showed up the following day (Saturday).
