I’m 47 been in TSP since 1999 this year I increased my contributions to $15500. Started out with 5% and slowly increased every year. The TSP is a great way to build wealth; I’m looking forward to the day I make more per year from interest then I do from my work.

Just think, when you are 50, you can add $5,000/yr in catch-up contributions!:nuts:

Welcome! Congratulations on the contributions amount. I always tried to put my raises into my contribution amount because that seemed like a relatively painless way to increase my deposits. Sounds like you're even more committed than I was.
