I'm just curious why it takes a womans breast to change policy?

It took a womans breast to change "MY" policy, so why not the Gov't.
Or maybe their the cure for Attention Deficit Disorder.

I say what into hell good are nipple rings anyway?..who is going to even know you have them, except yourself and your baby or lover..What to hell good are they for?..Sorry, I don't get any of that crazy piercing stuff, except pierced ears and two holes max there too.
